Andrew joined the directorship of LOA Law in 2025, a recognition of both his expertise and the strong relationships he has built over the years. He brings a clear commercial focus along with extensive experience in property, trusts and estate planning, and relationship property.
Andrew values working closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver practical, forward-thinking advice tailored to their circumstances. With a background that blends technical expertise and a pragmatic approach, Andrew is passionate about helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate both opportunities and challenges with confidence.
Before joining LOA Law, Andrew completed degrees in Law and Commerce (Economics) at the University of Canterbury and went on to gain valuable experience both in private practice at a Christchurch law firm and as in-house counsel for NZX-listed Synlait Milk, working within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife, Alex, and their two daughters, Thea and Lucy. Family life keeps him grounded and inspires his commitment to supporting clients through life’s most important decisions.
