Brierley Conquer

Associate

Brierley brings 30 years of specialist property law expertise to our team, as a Senior Registered Legal Executive and Qualified Conveyancer.

Brierley grew up in Auckland and a decade ago decided to make the move to Tauranga in search of more space and less traffic.

Straight out of school, Brierley started as an office junior in a newly established Auckland law firm. Thirty-five years later, Brierley is a Senior Registered Legal Executive, a Fellow of The New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives and a Qualified Conveyancer and an Associate at LOA Law.

Over the last 35 or more years Brierley has worked across all aspects of law with specialist expertise in Property Law including private and large-scale subdivisions, residential and commercial conveyancing, estate administration, trusts and elder law.

Outside of the law office, Brierley keeps busy, working on her and her husband’s lifestyle property and spending time with family.
