Tia is a qualified Legal Executive with over 30 years legal experience.
Tia’s legal career began in a small practice in Tokoroa. Born and raised in Auckland, Tia returned to the big city and worked for larger law firms in the CBD. With her transition to the Bay of Plenty some 15 years ago, Tia has assisted reputable land development companies specialising in house and land packages throughout New Zealand.
Tia owns extensive legal experience in the areas of property law, subdivisions, commercial and business law, estates, trusts, Māori land, wills and power of attorney.
Tia’s compassion to help others extends outside of work and she is actively involved in a charity community relating to strengthening men to become better fathers and women to self-empowerment.
