Our Library Law Series, offering FREE legal advice on a range of topics, is back again at both Tauranga Library and Papamoa Library later this year.
In its fourth year, we are proud to offer this series to demystify the law by providing free legal insight and direction to both business owners and individuals wanting to put their affairs in order.
The evening seminars will run on a Wednesday from September 4 through until November 13 at both Tauranga Library and Papamoa Library.
The Tauranga seminar will be run from 5:30-6:30pm one week followed by the Papamoa seminar the following week at 5:45-6:45pm.
Seminar topics include Estate Planning and Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Family Trusts, Understanding Relationship Property and Buying and Selling Real Estate.
This year there will be additional sessions run with a chinese translator including Wills and Power of Attorney, Property and Trusts. See below for the dates and times of these sessions.
